Sky Connect does not give any speed guarantee for connections to the cellular network as speeds can vary according to factors such as the signal strength in your area and the number of devices you connect to the 4G Backup Router. VoiceEdge for Advantage Max: Option to add up to four voice lines. Number of required lines must be added at point of sale. Minimum of two voice lines. The first voice line is activated at no extra charge. For any additional lines, a £10 (plus VAT) activation fee will apply per activation. Security: We help with protection for your business by including a firewall on the Router and restricting access to phishing and malware-infected sites. We can’t guarantee these measures will detect any viruses, so we strongly recommend that you protect your business from cybercrime by using up-to-date antivirus software.
INTERNATIONAL CALLS PACKAGE ADD-ON: Usage: Includes 500 minutes (for Advantage and Advantage Pro) and 750 minutes (for Advantage Max) of calls to international landlines and mobiles in 48 popular destinations, after which Sky’s standard international rates apply – see our Tariff Guide for details. Fees and Charges: additional monthly fee of £12 (for Advantage and Advantage Pro) and £16 (for Advantage Max). Charges for calls which are not included shall be billed in arrears. If the date the International Calls Package is added or removed does not align with your billing period, then Sky will pro-rate your international call allowance and package fee to reflect the period you received the service. STATIC IP SERVICE ADD-ON: Fees and Charges: Additional fee of £3 per month. The Static IP address is owned by Sky Connect. Static IP service will not be available during a broadband outage, even if your package includes Sky’s 4G Backup Service. Term: Static IP may be added to your subscription at any time. 30 days’ prior notice required to remove it from your subscription however this will result in you losing the Static IP address which cannot be reinstated at a later date.
