How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order from Sky Connect before it's activated. Just get in touch.
When will my order be cancelled?
Once we receive notification we can request your order be cancelled. You’ll then receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.
I received a cancellation email but never cancelled
Check with your current or previous supplier to see if they rejected your order. If you’ve already been in contact with them then please get in touch.
My current provider has cancelled my services
Contact your current provider to understand why this has happened. If they’ve told you this was due to Sky, then please get in touch.
