International Calls schedule
INTERNATIONAL CALLS PACKAGE
This Package Schedule applies to Customers who have ordered the International Calls Package as an Add-on and includes the applicable terms and conditions. In this Schedule, all terms that are capitalised but not defined have the meanings given in the Standard Terms and Conditions.
Sky Connect’s International Calls Package includes the following monthly call allowances:
- Advantage and Advantage Pro Customers: 500 minutes of calls to international landlines and mobiles in 48 popular destinations (as set out in the Tariff Guide), after which Sky Connect’s standard international rates apply.
- Advantage Max Customers: 750 minutes of calls to international landlines and mobiles in 48 popular destinations (as set out in the Tariff Guide), after which Sky Connect’s standard international rates apply.
1.1. The monthly fee for the International Calls Package will be collected at the same time as your monthly Subscription Payments.
1.2. This International Calls Package will be added to your subscription for a minimum term of 30 days. You can remove the International Calls Package at any time by calling or writing to Sky and giving 30 days’ notice.
1.3. If the date on which the International Calls Package is added or removed does not align with the date that we collect the Fees and Charges due for this service then Sky will pro-rate your international call allowance and deduct or credit (as applicable) on your next monthly bill a pro-rata amount of the applicable service fee to reflect the period you received the service. You may see an adjustment fee on your next monthly bill.
1.4. You can monitor your call usage of the International Calls Package online via your predicted online bill or by contacting our Customer Services Team. You acknowledge that your predicted online bill is an estimate only and is generated in arrears. Recent calls may be delayed from appearing on your bill. In accordance with Clause 5.4 of the Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for monitoring your call usage.
